Location Overview

On the location overview page, you can view information such as your lot size, dealer ID, and operating hours.

Operating Hours

  • Set your dealership to open or closed on each day of the week

  • Set the time your operations begin and end on each day of the week

  • Select the timezone of your dealership (this is important for alerts!)

For the opening and closing time, it's important to use the time that your employees arrive and leave, not when you open for customers. This is because the hours are used to trigger email/text alerts for "After Hours Alerts" which you can learn more about below.

Alert Rules

On the Alert Rules page, location administrators can turn on and off different alerts. These alerts are sent to Company Administrators, Location Administrators, and Editors. Some alerts email only & some include text alerts.

⚠️ For an individual to receive alerts, they must enable email and/or text notifications in their account settings.

Zone Alerts

  • Vehicle Enters Zone - Enable alerts by vehicle type any time a vehicle enters a zone.

  • Vehicle Exits Zone - Enable alerts per vehicle type any time a vehicle exits a zone.
