Overview
Dealers can enable email and text alerts by vehicle type if a vehicle leaves the location outside of operating hours. Email and text alerts will be sent to company/location administrators and editors.
Details
This alert will only trigger for vehicles that were previously onste during the business day. This alert will also only trigger once every 24 hours per VIN.
Example: If the vehicle leaves the dealership on Monday at 12:00am the dealer will receive an alert. If the vehicle returns on Tuesday during operating hours and leaves Tuesday night at 8:00 pm, the dealer will not receive an alert until after 12:00am on Tuesday (24 hours after the first alert).
Accessing Position History
Dealers can access the position history of a given vehicle or locator on the item page by selecting the position history option in the dashboard dropdown.
