Overview

Dealers can receive a daily email report at closing time with a summary of the sales, alerts, and recently offsite vehicles. Email reports will be sent to administrators and editors. The report includes three main sections.

Vehicle Activity

Vehicles Left Site in Past 24 Hours: All vehicles that left the boundaries of the lot during the day and did not return prior to close of business. These are grouped by Vehicle Type, e.g. Retail, Loaner.

Offsite for Over 24 Hours: All vehicles that have been offsite for over 24 hours and up to 72 hours.

Locator Activity

Offsite Unpaired Locators shows the number of unpaired locators that report an offsite position in the current billing period. Note: If the locator reports an onsite position, it will be removed from this list in the next CoB email.

Lost Locators shows the number of all locators that are lost in the current billing period, including the "New Locators" lost in the past 24 hours.

Sales and Theft Activity

Counts For the Following Events from the past 24 hours:

  1. Vehicles Added to Location

  2. Total Sales

  3. RecovR Sales

  4. Current Pending Sales

  5. New Confirmed Drive-Offs

  6. New Theft Recovery Cases

  7. Far From Site Alerts
