Overview

Dealers can receive a daily email report at closing time with a summary of the sales, alerts, and recently offsite vehicles. Email reports will be sent to administrators and editors.

The report includes:

Vehicles Left Site in Past 24 Hours: All vehicles that left the boundaries of the lot during the day and did not return prior to close of business.

Offsite for Over 24 Hours: All vehicles that have been offsite for over 24 hours up to 72 hours

Far From Lot.png

Counts For the Following Events from the past 24 hours:

  1. Vehicles Added to Location

  2. Total Sales

  3. RecovR Sales

  4. Current Pending Sales

  5. New Confirmed Drive-Offs

  6. New Theft Recovery Cases

  7. Far From Site Alerts
