When a Locator is included with a RecovR sale, it is removed from your inventory so that only the customer can use the Locator and track the vehicle.

When a Locator is considered Lost, it is moved from your inventory to your Lost Locators page. You can search the Locator ID and find the corresponding Lost Locator Record that was created. The reason your Locator is considered Lost will be listed on the Record.

Why is my Locator considered Lost?

Locator can be automatically transferred to another location based on their reported position. Learn more here
