If you are looking for position updates on your Locators, you can use the Request Locator Position action to retrieve that information.
You can perform this action from the Locators page, which means that the Locator is not Lost. (Lost Locators are in the Lost Locator Records page.) You can get position updates on paired and unpaired Locators in your inventory.
If your unpaired Locator is determined to be off-site, the status will change to Lost - Offsite. Note: This does not currently create a Lost Locator Record, but it can still be billed as a Lost Locator in the future.
If you want to see if a Lost Locator is onsite at your dealership, you can use the Reconcile button in the Lost Locator Records page.
