If you have a Locator with an alert of "Suspected Off-Lot," that means it is unpaired and has reported a position far from from your dealership and your Sister Locations.

To resolve this alert, please try to find the Locator and bring it back onsite.

Note: Onsite is defined as 0.1 miles away from a zone at your dealership (or a Sister Location).

If the Locator is back onsite within 7 days, the Locator will not be marked as Lost and will return to its normal state in the RecovR Portal.

However, if the Locator reports a second position that is off-lot, the Locator will be marked as Lost. The Lost reason will be Unpaired and Off-Lot.

If the Locator is returned to your dealership or a Sister Location after it has been officially Lost, you can mark it as Found in a few different ways. Read more here.
