You can manually mark a Locator as Lost.
Lost Locators are hidden from your inventory, and may be charged in an upcoming invoice. How do Lost Locators affect billing?
From the Locators page, select the Locator that you want to mark as Lost. Then, click the three dots and select Mark As Lost from the Locator Actions menu.
If the Locator is unpaired, this action will create a Lost Locator Record and will remove the Locator from your inventory.
If the Locator is paired to a vehicle, this action will create a Lost Locator Record, remove the Locator from your inventory, and sell the paired vehicle in a Vehicle Only sale.
You can also Mark As Lost from the Vehicles page if you select the VIN paired to the Locator that has been lost. This action will create a Lost Locator Record, remove the Locator from your inventory, and sell the paired vehicle in a Vehicle Only sale.
