Finding a Key or Tag via the App

You can use the Find Tag feature in the app to help locate a missing key or tag. When activated, the tag will emit sound and light to help you find it quickly.

1. Initiating the Find Tag Feature

To start locating your key or tag:

  1. Navigate to the paired key or the individual tag from the app.

  2. Once selected, you’ll see the “Find Tag” button available.

  3. Tap “Find Tag” to send a command to the tag — it will ring and emit light to help you locate it.

  4. A banner will appear confirming that the Find Tag feature has been successfully initiated.

2. Canceling the Find Tag Feature

While the Find Tag feature is active:

  • You’ll see the option to “Cancel Find Tag.”

  • Tap this button to stop the ringing and light on the tag.

  • After canceling, a banner will appear confirming that “Find Tag has been cancelled.”

3. Where You Can Use Find Tag

You can perform both Find Tag and Cancel Find Tag actions from multiple areas in the app:

  • The Keys list

  • The Tags list

  • The Overview section for either a key or a tag
