Searching Your Inventory
You can search through your inventory to quickly locate vehicles, keys, locators, or tags within the app.
1. Search by Company or Location
You can perform searches at two levels:
Company level – View and search across all available locations under your company.
Location level – Narrow your search to a specific location.
Note: When searching at the Company level, you’ll also be able to search for and view all available locations within the company.
2. Searching Within Device Categories
When navigating to any of the following sections — Vehicles, Keys, Locators, or Tags — you’ll see a “Search” button at the top of the screen.
Use this to search for a specific item by name, ID, or other identifying information.
3. Vehicle VIN Barcode Scanning
For vehicles, the search function also supports VIN barcode scanning, allowing you to scan the VIN directly instead of typing it manually into the search bar.
This helps simplify searches and reduces typing errors when locating a specific vehicle.
