How to Change or Switch User Roles
If your account has multiple roles assigned, you can switch between them directly within the mobile app.
1. Verify Assigned Roles
Before switching roles, make sure your account has multiple roles assigned.
If your account only has one role, the option to switch roles will not be available.
2. Navigating to the Account Tab
From the app’s landing page, go to the Account tab.
Here, you’ll see a section labeled “User Role,” displaying your currently active role.
3. Switching Roles
Tap the “User Role” option.
A list of the other roles assigned to your account will appear.
Select the role you’d like to switch to.
Once selected, you’ll see a banner notification confirming that your User Role was updated successfully.
