Setting up face or touch ID will help you easily login to the native app each time without needing to manually type in your password.

Step 1: Login and Go to Account Settings

Start by logging into the app and clicking on the Account tab in the bottom navigation bar to access settings.

Step 2: Click on Login & Security

Tap on Login & Security.

Step 3: Click on the Enable Face/Touch ID Toggle

You will see the option for face or touch ID based on what your phone supports. The following image depicts an iPhone that supports face ID.

Step 4: Enter Your Password and Click "Done"

You will be prompted to re-enter your password one final time. Make sure to enter the correct password. Once you've entered your password, click "Done" to finish enabling biometric login.

If you have entered your password correctly, you will see a success toast, and the Enable Face/Touch ID toggle will now show as enabled.

If you enter your password incorrectly, you will receive the following error and can restart at Step 3.

Enabling Touch ID

Similar to Face ID when enabled, once you’ve navigated to Login & Security under your account settings, if you have touch ID enabled instead of face ID, follow the steps below to enable Touch ID for easier login.

Step 1: Click on the Enable Touch ID Toggle

You’ll see an option labeled “Enable Touch ID.”
Tap the toggle to begin setup.

The option shown will depend on your device — for example, Touch ID on compatible iPhones or fingerprint login on supported Android devices.

Step 2: Enter Your Password and Click “Done”

You’ll be prompted to re-enter your account password one final time.
Enter your password and tap “Done.”

Step 3: Confirmation

  • If your password is entered correctly, a success toast will appear, and the Enable Touch ID toggle will switch to enabled.

  • If your password is incorrect, you’ll receive an error message and can restart the process at Step 1.
