Resetting or Changing Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password or are unable to access your account, there are two ways to reset or change your password depending on your level of access.
1. If You Can’t Access the Application
If you’re unable to log in from the login page:
Click “Forgot Password?”
This will take you to a screen where you can send a password reset link to the email address associated with your account.Alternative Option:
If you no longer have access to your email provider, you can choose to reset your password using a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to the phone number linked to your account.Note:
If you do not have access to your email and phone number, or if your account doesn’t have a phone number associated with it, please contact our Support Team for help resetting your account.
2. If You Can Access Your Account
If you’re already logged in and want to change your password:
From the landing page, navigate to the Account tab.
Select Login & Security.
Enter your current password, your new password, and confirm it in the verification box.
Click “Change Password.”
Once your password has been updated, you’ll see a banner notification confirming:
“Password changed successfully.”
