e-rating, erating, e-contracting, econtracting, PEN integration, forms library, laser printer, prefill Terms &Conditions form

As a dealer, when you onboard and is interested to get prefilled terms and conditions form for RecovR when selling to Car owner, you have 2 ways to get it setup.

  • e-rating and e-contracting ability from DMS/F&I menu system

  • forms library with DMS/F&I menu system

e-rating & e-contracting:

  • e-rating means that you would be able to get the pricing for RecovR product to display to the customer along with other F&I products you intend to sell

  • e-contracting means that you would be able to get prefilled contract with customer information to print and get customer signature. If you have a system to electronically capture customer signature, this will also support that for you.

  • RecovR sale done by you in DMS/F&I provider system will automatically be captured in RecovR platform. Vehicle only sale still need to be entered in RecovR platform by you.

  • List of DMS/F&I provider systems that are currently supported are in this link.

    • Note if you have CDK: You need CDK MenuVantage (powered by Darwin) for integrated e-contracting.

  • If you have a supported DMS/F&I system, you can follow the steps in this link to enable this for their rooftop/location.

Below is a diagram that explains how integrated e-contracting minimizes the time a customer spends at the F&I when compared to electronic or paper menu path.

Forms library:

  • Forms library represents the ability of DMS/F&I menu systems to prefill customers information on RecovR terms and conditions form to print and get signature from customer

  • You may not be able to rate or generate contracts from RecovR, however for few dealers, having the ability to get form prefilled with customer information is sufficient.

  • RecovR sale from DMS/F&I menu will not be automatically captured in RecovR platform. Both vehicle only and RecovR sale will need to be updated in RecovR platform by you

  • Below are the systems that currently support this for RecovR

    • CDK

      • Ask for RecovR, Form ID 94410, Vendor-Open TV Inc.

    • Dealer Track

    • Reynolds & Reynolds

  • If you have any of above system and like to add RecovR in to the forms library, you can place a request with DMS/F&I Menu directly asking for this form "RecovR vehicle location and theft recovery device" be to made available for your location
