IYou can check your locator's batter percentage at any time in the RecovR app.
To view your locator's battery percentage:
Select the vehicle from the home screen
Scroll to the bottom of the vehicle detail page and select "Locator Details," as shown in the image below
In the Locator Details page, you will see your Locator ID, any alerts that need your attention, and the locator's battery percentage.
If Theft Recovery requests are not going through, it's possible that your locator is low on battery. If this is the case, we'll be sure to inform you on the Assets landing screen, within the vehicle detail page, and within the Locator Details page.
