Before you begin creating a zone, first ensure that you have the correct role in the system (Company Admin or Location Admin).

To create or edit a zone, head to the zone page in the left side navigation under Installation & Setup. To create a zone, you'll click on the "More Actions" icon by the title of the page.

This will enable a zone editor mode on the map. You can draw your zone using your mouse to create each corner by clicking. To complete the shape, click on your first point again. Once you complete the shape, hit next and fill out the form below with the zone details

Don't worry if your zones don't perfectly line up between views. Satellite and vector-based maps can have slight differences. While we can't fix this for you (we're not a mapping company, sadly), we have added a buffer to every zone of 0.1 miles to ensure that your vehicle gets placed in the correct zone regardless of mapping issues.
