If the user has created any type of sale and would like to return the vehicle to their inventory along with its paired locator and/or tag in the case of a RecovR sale, they can easily do so by voiding the sale. To void a sale, head to the Sales page in the records section. Find the sale to be voided in the table, check the box of that sale record, and open the "More Actions" menu by the page title. The vehicle or the vehicle and paired locator and/or tag will be immediately returned to the dealership and the sale will enter the "Voided" state.

Users at dealerships can void a sale for up to 21 days post-sale. If the sale to be voided is older than 21 days, contact Customer Support via the help menu and provide them with the Sale ID and vehicle information.
