OpenTV Inc. (doing business as, “Kudelski IoT”) and its affiliates (collectively, “OpenTV”, “we”, “us”, “our”) understand that your time is valuable. Therefore, we have set out below some important highlights of our Privacy Notice for processing your personal information in connection with our vehicle location and theft recovery service as well as our vehicle key finder service (the “Service”). Depending on your subscription, the Service uses (1) an application installed on your mobile phone (“Mobile App”), (2) the RecovR vehicle location and theft recovery device (“Device”) located in a vehicle, which transmits information concerning the vehicle’s physical location, and (3) the RecovR for Keys tags (“Tags”) provided with each vehicle key and/or key fob delivered with your purchased or leased vehicle. The Device and Tags are defined as (“RecovR Products”).

1. What personal information do we collect?
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us or authorize us to collect when you buy the RecovR Products at your vehicle dealer and sign the RecovR vehicle location and theft recovery device agreement, you create a RecovR account, communicate with us, or use the Service. Such personal information may include your first name and last name, postal address, telephone number, email address, Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and license plate number, your RecovR account, information about the mobile device you are using to access the Mobile App and location data of the RecovR Products that is necessary for the location-based features of the Service to function properly. 2. Why do we collect personal information and how is it used?
We use your personal information to provide the Service to you, to provide customer service, market other relevant RecovR products and services that we think you may be interested in (including of our affiliated companies), for our own internal purposes and as required by law. Learn more.

We may process and otherwise share your personal information with our employees and contractors, service providers or affiliated companies in accordance with this Privacy Notice. The recipients of your personal information may be located in the United States, Canada, Mexico, India, Austria, Spain, UK, Ireland, Germany and Switzerland, which means that your information may be transferred to, or stored in, such countries and accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities in such jurisdictions.
We may amend our Privacy Notice from time-to-time. Amendments will be posted on the Mobile App, and we will send notice of significant changes to individuals with whom we have a relationship who may be impacted by the change.
