You can reset your password from the login screen via email or SMS. Note that you must enter the email address that you used when signing up for your RecovR account. Also, if you select the SMS code option on the Change Password screen, the code will be sent to the phone number you used to register your account.

If you already logged in and you want to update your password but can't remember your current password, you can click 'Forgot Password?' in Account < Login & Security < Password, as shown below.
